I’m incredibly happy with my GCSE results and very grateful to all my teachers who have supported and encouraged me throughout my studies. They have helped me achieve as much as I have while also inspiring me to develop a genuine passion for the subjects I’ve studied.

I'm really pleased with my GCSE results, and so thankful for all the amazing teaching and experiences I received at Sidcot. The student-focused environment at Sidcot really allowed me to explore my interests further and grow as a student.

We started from zero when first thinking about sending Daniel to study abroad. I still remember the beautiful sunny day in autumn when I kept Daniel company and first arrived at Sidcot; it is so unreal to believe that it was already 4 years ago, and now, when I am writing this, Daniel has already been offered a place to study Graphic Design at his first-choice university. Daniel lived a very happy campus life in Wing House; he was surrounded by a lot of love and care. If someone asks me what it feels like to be at Sidcot, I would say that it is safe, inclusive, respectful, free but disciplined, driven by academic progress and yet caring for the well-being of students. Sidcot has my full and unconditional recommendation to all parents who are seriously considering a school they can trust with the pastoral welfare of students, and empowering children to thrive to the greatest extent of his/her potential.
We are so happy to share our words to express our heartfelt thanks to Sidcot.

I’m delighted to share that I will be continuing my studies in Mathematical Physics at the University of Edinburgh. Looking back, it’s been a great pleasure to have spent my Sixth Form years at Sidcot. Moving to the UK for Sixth Form was a big step for me, but Sidcot provided a supportive and welcoming environment where I have learned, grown and made memories that I will always cherish. I would like to thank all my teachers, tutors, and my Futures Advisor for their guidance, encouragement, and support throughout my studies. I am also deeply thankful to the Sidcot boarding community which made Sidcot feel like home. While I am proud of my academic achievements, I believe the most valuable part of my Sidcot experience has been the friendships, personal growth, and sense of belonging I have gained along the way. I’m excited for this next chapter at university and I look forward to visiting again soon!

In September, I am off to study at the University of Bath, which has been my dream destination since the start of Year 13, and I couldn't be happier. I will forever be grateful for all of the love and support I received at Sidcot, from teachers who went out of their way to help, and friends who were always there for me. I especially want to say a massive thank you to Mr Milne. Living in his boarding house for four years has changed me more than I could imagine, and I will always cherish my time in Wing and his presence.

Joining Sidcot in Year 10 was the best decision; I haven't looked back since joining. I couldn't have got through without all the support from my teachers across all the subjects and the support and guidance from Ms Pike, Head of Futures. I'm delighted that I've got into the University of Nottingham to do a Foundation in Health Sciences in order to do Physiotherapy - but before that I'm excited to do an 8 month teaching project in Malawi. I can't wait for what lies ahead but I look forward to visiting Sidcot again soon.

I am really happy with my results and I have got in to my first choice university. I will be going to Birmingham to study for a BSc in Applied Golf Management Studies, which is a joint course run by the university and the PGA. I have been at Sidcot since Year 7 and have loved my time there and all the opportunities I have been given, both academic and sporting. I want to say a big thank you to all my teachers and the wider staff. The academic and pastoral support I received, particularly in my A Level years, has been amazing.

Choosing to stay at Sidcot for Sixth Form was the best decision for me. Throughout, my time here, I found the school to be a uniquely friendly, encouraging community that I feel very lucky to have been a part of. I'm thrilled with my results and the incredible teaching I received here meant I was able to develop a genuine love for my subjects and learn so much. I'm looking forward to taking a year out, gaining some work experience, travelling, and finding the right university for me.

I'm incredibly proud of my results and grateful for all the support I received during my time at Sidcot. The encouragement from my teachers has helped me grow and pursue my ambitions. I'm now really excited to be heading to the University of Nottingham to study Veterinary Medicine, something I've worked towards for a long time. I'm looking forward to starting this next chapter and continuing to develop my passion for Veterinary Science.
