Sidcot School Transport

At Sidcot, we understand how important School transport is to our parents, and make every effort to provide a solution for those living in our catchment area. We currently run 13 set minibus routes with multiple stops throughout the area. In addition, we arrange shared taxis for smaller groups or for those who wish to take school transport less frequently. Our Bristol and Somerset School minibus routes are reviewed regularly to ensure we provide the best routes and stops for our parents and those considering Sidcot for their families.

Don't see a stop near you? To find out about new bus routes coming soon, and for help arranging transport to and from school (whether by liftshare or taxi), contact schoolbus@sidcot.org.uk (for current families), or admissions@sidcot.org.uk (for those considering Sidcot in the future).

Please note that these School bus services are charged to parents at cost.

Who Can Use Sidcot School Transport?

Travelling To Sidcot

Sidcot School is conveniently located on the A38, making it an ideal choice for families living in the Chew Valley, Cheddar Valley, and Mendip area who are looking for a local private school.

Sidcot is also a popular choice for families commuting into and out of Bristol, as we provide excellent wraparound care and daily School buses. Our proximity to both the M4 and M5, and our rail and airport links make boarding a popular option - weekly boarders can easily travel back to Bristol, London, or the Home Counties.
