Lower Fourth student Al Buro competed at the Schools Climbing Championships on Monday 4 February.
Many other schools from Bristol and the surrounding areas took part, including 22 other children in Al's age group. Competitions included bouldering, speed climbing, as well as top rope climbing. As an individual representing Sidcot, Al came 4th overall. He was really pleased with this outcome, especially as it was his first time having a go at speed climbing! Well done Al!
