Over the weekend Lucy Todd (Junior School) and Zach Townsend (Senior School) competed in a fencing competition at Millfield School.
Lucy fenced in the U14 girls' epee with confidence and determination to come a healthy 6th place, which means she qualified for the British Youth Championships (BYC) later this year.
Zach fenced in the U16 men's epee category, displaying excellent timing and winning many bouts. He narrowly missed out on a medal by one point. Zach came 5th and also qualifies for the BYCs.
