Forms for Completion
- School Buses: If you intend for your children to use a school bus please register your interest by clicking here before the end of March, to secure their seat.
- ID Photo: Please send a head and shoulders photo of your child for their ID card to admissions@sidcot.org.uk as soon as possible
- Language Options: (Year 8 & 9 students only) Please complete the Language Option Form to select which languages your child would like to study.

- Private Medical Health Cover scheme information – This is not a travel insurance; it will not cover medical repatriation of international students to home country.
- Personal Accident summery of cover – This insurance is automatically incorporated into the school fee.
