We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and personable Admissions and Alumni Administrator to support the smooth running of our admissions process and alumni database.
As the first point of contact for agents and prospective families, you will provide clear guidance and administrative support throughout the application journey — from initial enquiry to enrolment. You will manage enquiries, process applications, maintain accurate records, and co-ordinate interviews, assessments and school tours, ensuring every applicant receives a professional and positive experience.
You will also oversee the maintenance and development of the School’s alumni database, ensuring records are accurate, secure and effectively used to support communications, fundraising, events and long-term relationship building. Working closely with development, marketing and events colleagues, you will help strengthen alumni engagement through reliable data management and streamlined processes.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with databases/CRM systems
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
