The Easter Secretariat and the School are disappointed with this outcome and apologise for any inconvenience. Please be reassured that the Reunion will be back in 2021.

The School is always pleased to see former pupils and staff at the Easter Reunion. The Easter Weekend’s main purpose is for former pupils and staff to reunite and spend time with each other in a place that they love.
Please be aware that this years the Easter Reunion will coincide with a residential revision school. This will not affect the weekend at all, other than some space sharing at meal times. It may, however, limit accommodation availability. As such, priority will be given to Old Scholars and their immediate family. Due to limited space this year, bookings made prior to the end of February can only be for the full weekend. If space allows, booking for fewer nights will open in March.
The costs this year are the same as last year. In order to encourage former pupils of the School to join the weekend they will benefit from a reduced rate of £100. We also have a number of non-former pupils who support one or more of the three Trusts. Therefore, if an individual regularly donates more than £50* to one of the Trusts per year, then the cost of the weekend will be £150. The Easter Secretariat will verify the donations with the Trustees of the Trusts.
We will be including an option in the booking form for you to register with the Sidcotian Office which will mean that you will receive the Annual Report and you will be included in the Directory. Please note these communications include school development news including volunteers required and financial support sought for the School or Sidcot Trusts
The term ‘Sidcotian’ embraces the following membership categories:
- Old Scholars
- Staff (current and former)
- Parents (current and former)
- Friends (former associate members of SOSA, first degree relatives of Sidcotians)

Participants at Easter are reminded that they are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy environment during the weekend for the benefit of themselves and others.
Please report any breakages, defects or damage to a member of the Easter Team immediately as Boarders will be returning directly after the weekend.
Parents are reminded that they always remain responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their children and we ask them to respect other visitors, resident staff and the school environment.
