Whether you’re keen to make new friends, improve or maintain fitness or just have some fun, there’s plenty on offer on a Sunday morning at Sidcot.

£4.00 per person per activity, £6.00 per person for 2+ activities

Cost includes tea, coffee or squash and biscuits in the foyer

Lane Swimming/Swimfit Activate

Swimfit is a series of 30 sets of Swimfit session cards on poolside for all abilities, to enable you to get the most out of your swimming session. You can log your progress online at www.swimfit.com

Alternatively, use the lanes to swim at your own pace.

Gym and Studio

Equipped with a range of fitness equipment including treadmills, cross-trainer, free weights and spinning bikes. A short induction with our Supervisor is required on the first visit using these facilities.

Badminton Court Hire

An hour’s use of a badminton court with all equipment provided.
