Sidcot Sports Centre is looking to recruit a dedicated, proactive and customer-focused Sports Centre Supervisor to join our team.

As a Sports Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all users while supporting the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre. You will deliver a high standard of customer service, carry out some administrative duties, complete operational tasks as directed by the Sports Centre Manager, and act as the main point of contact in the Manager's absence.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be confident working both independently and as part of a team and be able to use their initiative to resolve issues as they arise. They will also be organised, reliable and committed to maintaining high standards throughout the facility.

Candidates must hold a valid NPLQ qualification in order to be considered, and an SEQ Level 2 Award in Teaching Swimming (or equivalent or higher) is desirable. Candidates with these additional relevant qualifications will have the opportunity to supplement their contracted hours with additional work, where available.

This is a 16-hour per week position. Weekend working is also an essential requirement, with additional shifts available across early mornings, daytime, evenings and school holidays.
