We are looking for an organised, proactive and warm‑spirited Executive Assistant to join our friendly Junior School team. Working three days per week during term time, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a central part in the smooth running of a dynamic and joyful school environment.
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of the Junior School, you will be a trusted partner; supporting leadership, enhancing communication, and helping create the welcoming, professional atmosphere enjoyed by pupils, parents and staff alike. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage key communications, coordinate activities and events, and oversee a wide range of administrative processes that keep our community running brilliantly.
From preparing newsletters and managing calendars to handling pupil attendance and supporting staff with essential documentation, your work will be varied, purposeful and deeply appreciated. Excellent IT skills, strong communication, attention to detail and a genuine enjoyment of working with children are essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding.

Hours: Three days per week from 08:30 - 16:00 during term-time, plus 32.5 hours during non term-time.
