Required to join our Senior Management Team as soon as possible. This is a key role ensuring the School’s aim of maintaining a truly international community by maximising its share of international boarding students.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, the Director of International Recruitment will develop the School’s strategy for international marketing and lead its implementation and development. Working predominantly overseas as an ambassador for the School, the post holder will build and nurture relationships with international agents; new students and their parents; former students and their parents; and current parents.
This newly created role is an opportunity for an individual evidently in tune with the School’s vision, purpose and values. Candidates should be confident communicators with drive and enthusiasm to promote the School on the international stage.
Hours: As required, while adhering to the working time regulations
Holidays: Six weeks including bank holidays
Salary: The post is offered at a salary on the Sidcot Senior Management scale and is commensurate with experience
