Located in the heart of Somerset, our independent school for day students and Boarders is surrounded by stunning scenery and we’re extremely proud of our state-of-the-art facilities, which we’d love to show you around.

We host regular open mornings throughout the year, where visitors can speak to teachers and current students, and enjoy a tour of our facilities and grounds, taking in classrooms, Boarding houses, and our Equestrian Centre.

Sidcot School Open Mornings

Open Mornings provide a chance to visit the Junior and/or Senior School. You can explore the campus, see the facilities, meet students, parents and staff, and get a feel for the unique Sidcot atmosphere. We have one Open Morning each term.

Book A Private School Tour

If you can’t attend our next Sidcot open day, we can arrange a personal tour of Sidcot at a time that better suits your requirements. During a private school tour of Sidcot, you’ll be shown around by a current student, and will have the chance to see some lessons, our fantastic facilities, speak to members of staff, and perhaps even chat with the Head. A personal tour is a great chance to see Sidcot for yourself to help with your application process.

Early Years Swimming Taster

Dive into life at Sidcot! We warmly invite you and your little one to our Early Years Swimming Taster; a morning designed to give you a true feel for our vibrant Early Years provision. Start your visit with a relaxed 'Stay and Play' session and refreshments, while exploring our creative classrooms and adventurous outdoor spaces. The highlight of the morning? A splash in our on-site pool, where you’ll experience firsthand one of our pupils' favourite lessons of the week!

Junior School Discovery Morning

Saturday 14 March, 10:00am - 1:30pm

For students looking to join J1-J6 in September 2026

You are warmly invited to join us for our upcoming Discovery Morning to get a real feel for what life at Sidcot Junior School is like. The morning includes three taster lessons, a swim and other fun activities. Children need to be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the event.
