We are seeking an experienced and dedicated senior leader to serve as Deputy Head (Pastoral), with whole‑school responsibility for safeguarding, student welfare and the co‑curricular programme.

The postholder will lead the School’s pastoral strategy, act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee behaviour and wellbeing systems, and line‑manage key pastoral and co‑curricular staff. They will contribute to admissions, parental engagement and strategic development, and play a full role in the Senior Leadership Team.

This residential position includes a reduced teaching timetable and involvement in the boarding life of the School.
