Required to join our Business Management Team, the Maintenance Coordinator will lead a team of skilled and motivated individuals who oversee reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and general care of the School’s facilities.
About You: The role is an opportunity for an individual who thrives working within a tight-knit busy team. Candidates should be suitably qualified, adept at solving problems, physically agile and manually dextrous. We are looking for someone with a flexible proactive approach to working, and a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem solving skills and have prior experience of facilities management. They will be able to demonstrate they have good administrative and communication skills, and good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Hours
Monday to Thursday inclusive: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 1600
