35 hours per week: 11:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday inclusive

Due to internal promotions, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our friendly school catering team. The successful candidate will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing up and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Keeping refectory, food preparation and service areas clean and tidy
  • Assisting with basic food preparation as required
  • Receiving and storing deliveries

Requirements:

  • Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene standards
  • Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
