Due to internal promotions, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our friendly school catering team. The successful candidate will help ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and safely each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing up and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Keeping refectory, food preparation and service areas clean and tidy
- Assisting with basic food preparation as required
- Receiving and storing deliveries
Requirements:
- Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining excellent hygiene standards
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided
