Required to join our Business Management Team, the Facilities Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Facilities Team that includes the Maintenance, Domestic Services and Catering Departments.
This newly created role is an opportunity for an individual to join a busy team in a support role. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach to working and a ‘can do’ approach to their work. The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills, a good knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments and a proactive and customer-focussed approach to work.
Hours
Term Time (39 hours per week):
Three Days a Week, including Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
Two Days a Week: 13:30 – 22:00
Non Term Time (39 hours per week):
Monday to Friday inclusive: 08:30 – 17:30
