Lower Sixth Brean Down Walk
On Wednesday evening the Lower Sixth students went for a walk to Brean Down, along the promontory by the coast and then for fish and chips afterwards. Brean Down is a short distance away from Sidcot, close to Weston-super-Mare; we climbed up lots of steps to the cliff top and walked to the abandoned fort at the end. The weather was fabulous and we enjoyed some wonderful views of the beaches on the Somerset coast and Wales in the distance!
