How lovely it has been to be back in school for these last weeks – especially nice this last week, with some glorious weather in which to be out and active. We are much looking forward to more of the same after the Easter break!
This week Fourth form students enjoyed a time in the garden to make to most of the nice weather, doing a range of physical and mental challenges. The competition was fierce and the experience was enjoyed by all.

The weekly prizes for top tutor groups as defined by number of House Points collected have been fiercely contested and a number of different groups have won the sweets!
Top of the term, however, are, in Lower Fourth, Alex Smith’s group who together accumulated 242 House Points and in Upper Fourth the outright winners were Sarah Davies’ group who collectively gained 200 House Points.
Well done to all who have received House Points this term.
Forward Looking to Next Term
We are excited to welcome a number of new students to Fourth Form and look forward to meeting and getting to know them when we return after the Easter break.
Upper Fourth Camp
We are delighted to report that our Upper Fourth Surf Camp to Croyde in North Devon is set to go ahead and will take place during the last week of the Summer Term (As long as the Government roadmap continues to go to plan).
Please ensure that reply slips are returned as soon as possible so that numbers and bookings can be confirmed.
Lower Fourth Activity Days
We are very much hoping that our Lower Fourth will be able to take part in some activity days or a camp and are very actively in process of planning for this.
More information to follow as soon as possible.
In PSHE next term we will be exploring the topic of smoking and drugs as well as doing a number of team building exercises to build up students communication and collaboration skills.
We will also have input from the Centre for Quaker, Peace and Global studies as we explore key world issues.
We wish all a super Easter break and look forward to seeing everyone again after the holiday.
