Caving Club Update - April 2019

What an amazing term it's been! Our last trip was down Swildon's Hole. Six of the eight club members (Teo, Chloe, Wolfe, Jack, Edith and Theo) were joined by TomTom. Together as a team, they abseiled the waterfall and led each other back up through the 'wet way' only getting lost at the final hurdle – a very soggy 'Butcombe Chamber'! It's been a pleasure taking this group on underground adventures for the past three months, following in the footsteps of former students.

A big thanks to Matty Lock, Mark Van De Poll and Liz Lloyd for accompanying us on the trips.

The fun doesn't stop there, though! If you are interested in joining the club, there will be some taster sessions available in the Summer Term ahead of the club re-starting in September.
