Girls' U12, U13, U14, U15 Rounders v Backwell School, Tuesday 5th June

U12: Sidcot 13.5 - 17.5 Backwell

A very good first half with some sharp fielding and excellent catches. Sadly in the second half there was less concentration and Backwell moved in front. Well done to player of the match Charlotte Harrison.

U13: Sidcot 8 - 13 Backwell

A very close match for the year 8 team, demonstrating some great batting. Well done to player of the match Ella Hicks Hurley

U14: Sidcot 4.5 - 10 Backwell

Year 9 demonstrated some super fielding skills but Backwell we too strong, managing to win both innings. Well done to player of the match Mia Hann

U15: Sidcot 7.5 - 16.5 Backwell

A good performance despite many of the usual team missing. Well done to Vivian, Kelly and Ruby who stepped in to play and player of the match Olivia Fortune.

Girls' U15 North Somerset Tournament, Thursday 7th June

The U15 girls took part in a tournament this week at Priory School. The girls were placed in pool B and played matches against Backwell, Worle and Churchill School. Unfortunately the girls did not make it through to finals on this occasion. A huge well done to the Upper Fourth students who joined the team. There was some great play by Freya bowling, Mia on second post, Liv batting and Molly in deep field.
