We are seeking an outstanding practitioner to lead our EAL Department and develop our Junior Pathway (Curriculum) programme. Although a full time role, the successful applicant will be required to teach approximately 50% the first year in post.  We are willing to consider applications from candidates interested in a part time post.

Remuneration is at the appropriate point on the Sidcot scale points 1 to 6 (£24,377 to £35,200), UPS 1/2 (£38,058/£39,433), depending on qualifications and experience.  In addition, both the Head of EAL Department role and Head of Junior Pathway role each attract 1 Management Allowance Point, (£2,093), totalling £4186 per annum, as well as a remitted time allowance.
