Teaching posts are almost invariably advertised in the TES, although some part time or classroom support roles (technicians, learning assistants) may be advertised locally.

Non-teaching roles are advertised in the local press, usually the Cheddar Valley Gazette and the Weston Mercury.

 

 

 

 

 

Out of School Care Workers (Bank Staff)

You will be joining our small staff team at an exciting time in the development of our service.  The positions will require flexible working (8 am – 6pm) , during school holidays when activity groups are being run.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with small children, parents and colleagues, be highly self motivated and be sympathetic to the Quaker ethos of the school.

Knowledge of Early Years/Ofsted standards and NVQ level  2 or above in Child Care is required.

Salary is on the Sidcot scale depending on qualifications and experience.
