Leavers’ Destinations

Sidcot is a school that promotes individuality and supports pupils in thinking carefully about who they are and what they want to achieve in life.  As such, our leavers tend to go onto very different and varied career choices through University or take a gap year to experience what the world has to offer.  With an established international community at Sidcot, our students make life long friends who live across the globe, this is certainly useful for gap year and holiday planning!

Students are individually supported through the complex University application process and Sidcot has a highly successful record of students entering the top Russell Group Universities in the UK.   This list shows the destinations of our Upper Sixth in 2011.  Interestingly, most of our students go on to choose courses at University in the fields of Mathematics, the Sciences or the Arts.
