Non-teaching roles at Sidcot
Like most independent Schools, Sidcot has to be almost entirely self sufficient in its infrastructure. This means that you are as likely to run into an accounts manager, an electrician or a cook as you are a teacher. The non-teaching personnel are within the Business Management Team and include departments for Domestic and Catering, Estates and Maintenance, Office, Marketing, Admissions and Finance. These teams, which work behind the scenes to support the School’s academic and pastoral provision, are very much a part of the community here at Sidcot.
