Sidcot is situated in the beautiful,  rolling Mendip hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) on the edge of the village of Winscombe.  Perfectly situated to enjoy the rural splendour of some of the most stunning English countryside, yet only 30 minutes south of the historic city of Bristol and 40 minutes from Bath for city-based cultural experiences.  The coast at Weston-super-Mare is also only 15 minutes away.
