The strength and support of the community is particularly important for each pupil’s personal and social development: the transition from child to young adult can be difficult. In addition to the informal support of the community, the School has formalised pastoral arrangements to ensure that each individual is guided and advised.

seniorSidcot is one of the oldest co-educational boarding schools in the country and, while enrolment may vary from year to year, we aim to have an even balance of boys and girls. Experience over many years has shown this environment provides a healthy and successful preparation for adult life.
